Bio: Troy Pottgen is the founder of the Phoenix-based creative consultancy, Narwhal Stories, and is a Professor of Design at Grand Canyon University. As a CW/CD, he has worked at agencies ranging from KesselsKramer in Amsterdam and Leo Burnett in Chicago to Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Los Angeles and RIESTER in Phoenix. His work has been honored by Communication Arts and the One Club, and his proudest professional moment was watching his creative department win Outstanding Art Direction, Copywriting, and Best in Show in the same year at the American Advertising Awards.
